Forrest wins 34-storey £70m Manchester tower

We believe that Elliot Group has selected Forrest to deliver the project, which has a gross development value of £70m and includes a podium and two towers of 34 and 15 storeys in height.

The scheme, which forms part of the Greengate regeneration area near Victoria station north of the city centre, will include 300 homes and a gym, alongside 5,000 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor.

It will also provide a riverside walkway along the River Irwell.
