As Commercial Director you will report to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the commercial delivery of the business plan including profit and loss. You will lead, direct and influence site teams on all commercial activities from pre-contract through to final account to include preparing tenders, risk analysis and management, setting of commercial targets, monitoring and influencing commercial and operational performance on site, developing business processes to enhance future commercial performance, business development, dispute resolution, legal and contractual control and staff resourcing.

Our client is a highly successful family owned main contractor who are based out of Lancashire. They have extensive experience in the design and build of prestigious and complex projects across education, extra care, commercial and residential across the North West of England. Their specialist construction teams are adept at providing technical, expert and value engineering advice to their clients which means that all projects given to them are achievable at the right price, on time and to the standards of quality needed. They invest in their workforce as they believe they are the key to their success.

£85,000

Payment To

£110,000

Experience & Skills Required

You will have a proven track record of driving forward a construction business as a Commercial Manager or Commercial Director. You will be highly driven, focused and have extensive commercial and contractual knowledge of construction operations. You will be degree qualified and be passionate about continuous development.
