You will influence strategy – designing, developing and implementing robust policies and procedures. Other responsibilities will include risk and compliance management, talent management, development and retention; business partnering and delivering key transformation and change programmes.

Experience & Skills Required

You be a strategic, qualified HR Business Partner for a global manufacturing business and have current experience supporting board members. You will be at ease working within a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving, complex, customer focused business. You will be a natural leader who has the ability to facility change and introduce innovative ways of working. With strong commercial acumen, a wide knowledge of employment law and a creative mind-set, you will be adept at identifying and define priorities, opportunities and direction.
